Some users are encountering issues with logging in. Reset instructions are provided at the bottom of this page.

Launcher (Lock on homepage) / Logging In

Two current issues:

1. Some users get "this computer cannot connect" errors when trying to log in. We are working through a system-wide solution deployment but it has not been deployed globally just yet. If you are experiencing issues, we have a workaround; please contact support to gain access.

2. Some users are receiving the error "Page Vault Browser has stopped working," see below for reset instructions.
